EXE INVENTORIES is a reliable, competitive, straight talking, no nonsense Inventory company based in Exeter, Devon. Founded by Edward Powell, a former Lance Corporal in the 1st Battalion Coldstream Guards, EXE INVENTORIES have a keen eye for the smallest of details. It was pleasantly surprising how transferable Edward Powell's eye for details was, from inspecting Guardsmen before they went out onto the forecourt of Buckingham Palace to guard the Queen, to noticing scuffs and scrapes in a property or spotting changes in a property's condition. 

EXE INVENTORIES was launched in 2019, after having worked in the ‘Lettings’ side of the property industry and feeling that the Inventories, Inspections and Check In/Out process could be made so much easier for a lettings agent or property owner. It was genuinely frustrating for Edward as a Lettings Negotiator to receive the wrong information for a property,  or sometimes missing the most essential information all together. Because of this Edward would then have to attend the property himself to gain the necessary information, which meant wasted time and money.

EXE INVENTORIES primarily cover the Exeter and surrounding areas and aim to produce a prompt and accurate Inventory, with all the correct information, making the client’s job as easy as it should be. No Hassle.
